Welcome to the online Loan Banking Panel of Prabal Credit Society ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this panel (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be a registered member or account holder with Prabal Credit Society.
• You must provide accurate personal, financial, and identification details.

2. Loan Services Offered

The Platform allows users to:

• View loan status, repayment schedule, and statements
• Make EMI payments
• Receive updates and notifications related to your loan
• Communicate with our loan officers or support team

Loan approvals and modifications are at the sole discretion of Prabal Credit Society.

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use the platform only for lawful and financial-related purposes.

4. Repayment Obligations

You are required to repay your loan as agreed, including principal, interest, and any applicable charges. Late payments or defaults may result in penalties and affect your credit history.

5. Interest Rates and Charges

Interest rates, processing fees, and penalties will be disclosed during the loan application and are subject to change per Prabal Credit Society’s policy.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We collect and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we take security seriously, we cannot guarantee full protection against cyber threats.

7. Prohibited Use

• Do not submit false information or documents.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or system interference.

We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform.

9. Termination and Suspension
